Terry owns Niebel Real Estate along with his wife JoAnn. He has more than 28 years of real estate experience as a salesperson and nine years as a broker in Chautauqua County. He has a BA from SUNY Fredonia and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He is a member of the Board of Realtors. Terry knows how important buying a home is and wants to assure his clients they will receive his expertise, support and guidance through the entire process. Terry received the Realtor of the Year award in 2013. Terry serves as one of 19 county Legislators in Chautauqua County.

JoAnn Niebel
JoAnn is co-owner of Niebel Real Estate. She is a licensed sales agent and is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and SUNY Buffalo with a graduate degree in social work. She is retired from the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities after 28 years of service. JoAnn is an adjunct professor at SUNY Fredonia in the Sociology Department and has served on the College Council for 14 years (12 as Council President). JoAnn is a current member of The Board of Realtors, and the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce. She is a real "people person" and knows that customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal not only for herself but her entire staff of agents.
