 | Terry Niebel - Owner/Broker Terry owns Niebel Real Estate along with his wife JoAnn. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience as a salesperson and five as a broker in Chautauqua County. He has a BA from SUNY Fredonia and an MBA from St. Bonaventure. Terry is currently the Chautauqua County Election Commissioner for the Republican Party and has served at that post for the past 28 years. He also serves the Town of Sheridan as a volunteer fireman, a position he has held for the past thirty years. He is a member of the Board of Realtors and the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce.  | JoAnn Niebel JoAnn is co-owner of Niebel Real Estate. She is a licensed sales agent and is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia and SUNY Buffalo with a graduate degree in social work. She is retired from the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities after 28 years of service. JoAnn is an adjunct professor at SUNY Fredonia in the Sociology Department and has served on the College Council for 12 years (8 as Council President). JoAnn is a current member of The Board of Realtors, Business Networking International and the Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce.
